This PMC, precious metal clay class, is designed to offer basic instruction in metal clay techniques. In this PMC calss you will learn to roll, cut and texture your jewelry components to create your own unique pendant. You will attach your bail and inlay a CZ of your choice. Your precious metal clay pieces will be kiln fired, tumbled to a high shine, and then add a patina to highlight the design elements of your pendant. There is a 45-minute break during the firing time which you may have your lunch. The class starts at 9:00 and will finish around 2 pm.

This is a perfect opportunity to get your hands into precious metal clay, and have fun creating your one-of-a-kind jewelry piece!

Alterations to the particular pieces made are at the instructor’s discretion. Barb is a very experienced metal clay artist and always has something new to bring to our classes!
