In this Chakra Introduction workshop, we will go over the 7 westernized chakras, learning how to connect with/identify/heal/direct them. We will talk about the origins of chakras and other related belief systems. Along with this, we will talk about crystals that are great for targeting a specific chakra and do some exercises to practice recognition/feeling each energy center.
